Where are the laws of the universe written one might ask? Well study the 10 Commandments and the Tao meditate on them. I like to study each of the 10 commandment for one year each for all my life over and over. I started reading the Tao when 21 and I love to study each of the verses for at least a month. When I 1st started reading the Tao I read the whole thing everyday for many months.
